On Premium and Advanced a real person makes those calls, but they work alongside the people who care for your parent in person, not in place of them.
How do the daily calls work?
You choose a time that suits your parent, and we call at the same time each day. The call is a warm, unhurried check-in that gently covers the things you've asked us to keep an eye on — sleep, meals, plans for the day, and how they're feeling. Afterward you get a short recap and we flag anything that needs a closer look.
What languages can the human callers speak?

Do you contact my parent without their consent?
Never. We only begin calls once your parent knows about them and is comfortable going ahead — we walk through this together during the consultation. The calls are meant to feel welcome, so consent and comfort come first, always.
